Will i get ill if i just took two paracetamol and two arnica tablets? >.< x?

That's hard to say without knowing your age, height and weight. I would recommend you take one or the other just to be on the safe side. Also it's not smart to mix 2 different kind of pain pills so just take one or the other to be safe.
