When we get ill is it not god's will?then why fight it?

You religious people are always saying how you prayed and someone got better from cancer(of course it's never the medical care etc.).When we get ill is it not god's will?then why fight it?
It may be God's will that you fight it.When we get ill is it not god's will?then why fight it?
Fight it to show a will to live and always at least try to be better, he wants to see what you would do in a given situation perhaps, or he wouldn't make you sick, but what happened would.

He wouldn't neccessarily make you sick and he would see what u do if you think he is forcing it onto you.

It's in the cells, diet, exercise, and all decisions that affect whether you get cancer or not.
How you you know when and what is ';god's will';?

When those pedophile priests were raping and murdering native children in northern residental schools over the last 100 years, they could say they were performing ';god's will'; - yet they were clearly acting in a harmful way!

So you must clearly define what you mean when you want to call something ';god's will'; when in fact it may be just the work of arrogant, bad men.
'You don't need God anymore, you have us Democrats.'

- Nancy Pelosi (said back in 2006)
A religious person would probably say that God gave the doctors the know how to practice medicine and that ultimately led to a person getting better from an illness.
What sense would it make for God to sacrifice His own son for us, only to turn around and give us an illness?

The truth is God gives believers a life of victory. The problem is that few know how to live it.
