Hello im a 16 year old Male. and im 5'6 and i was just wondering if ill grow anymore? or will i stop growing?

i weight 120 im skinny thin. im 5'9 with shoes but without them im 5'6 will i grow anymore?

Your genetics are against you growing much more beyond your present height. As a possible ray of sunshine ask your parents if you take after a granddad, etc. If you do ask how tall they were as sometimes we tend to carry the traits of a predecessor and you may follow their genes a little more than that of your parents. Otherwise it appears what you are now is what you'll be.

The short answer is no. You can't force your body much past what it's genetically set up to do. Besides most of these meds come with a bag of possible and not too pleasant side effects later.
Don't worry about how tall you are.





Your parents are really short (No offense) but like the other person said if theirs a grandparent, uncle, etc that is tall then you may have a chance.





My mom is 5'3 and dad 6'2, and I'm at 5'6 or so and i'm 14 but chubby.


My dad's side of the family is tall but mom is small-medium.











Either way you could live in China and you'd be tall there lol.
hmm i think you may keep growing untill your a bit older. Id say around 18ish maybe, your parents are quite small together but in the more modern times we are in, theres more known about nurtition and that will make you grow more. ( That is also why your grandparents might be quite small)
men can keep growing up to age 21. so you have a lot of time left. but given that your parrents are short dont get to hyped up about it, it might not happen.
if your parents are that short and your 16, i think that might be as tall as your gonna get...but who knows..?
ohhh i think u might stop growing since ur parents are both Pretty short
